Country residential house build according to the "passive house" standards

The main purpose of the designed house is to reach the lowest possible energy consumption through: 1. Reducing the heat loss through the surrounding elements of the building – southerly exposure of the residential premises, compact form, two-storey space, frontage openings taking up less than 30% of the surface, High Efficiency Insulation, High Window Efficiency. 2. Reducing the consumption of the systems that generate certain comfort by using Energy Efficient Appliances. 3. Combining the conventional sources /conventional fossil-fuel/ with Renewable Energy Source.

Country residential house build according to the "passive house" standards

The heat for the building and the daily wants hot water are produced by a multipurpose system consisting of a gas condensing generator – 35Kw, solar installation with flat selective collectors, thermo pump and a boiler 350l. After the specific conditions, this system can be combined with a drill and a geothermal pump. For achieving a higher level of energy efficiency, and even independence, the house is enabled to be equipped with an autonomous photovoltaic system and a wind generator for house use. The house is also provided with a sewage system, with Master Suite Soaker Tubs for underground installation /under the garage/, which allows getting water for irrigation. The systems equipment is in premise 5. A separate entrance is provided for subscription service and maintenance.
